A mother’s compassion became a mission for children in Ghana

Regina E. Djentuh, affectionately known as Mama Esi, is a pillar of strength, love, and compassion in her community. As the founder of Ryvanz-Mia Childcare-Ghana (RMC-GHANA), her journey is one of resilience, faith, and a deep commitment to caring for vulnerable children. Her inspiration to establish Ryvanz-Mia Childcare was born out of a personal tragedy—the heartbreaking loss of two beloved family members. Instead of allowing grief to overcome her, she turned her pain into purpose, dedicating her life to providing a safe and nurturing home for orphans and vulnerable children in Kpando, Ghana.

Founder’s Heart:

“We started with love and one open door. Today, we keep showing up — so children can stay safe, stay fed, and stay in school.”

Her story

From one act of kindness to a trusted childcare effort

Venunye saw children facing hunger, unstable shelter, and barriers to education. Instead of looking away, she chose action. She began by providing a safe place and consistent care, then expanded to support education and nutrition for vulnerable children.

Today, Ryvanz-Mia Childcare continues this Ghana-focused mission through practical programs and transparent, child-centered support.
